Mrs. Myreya was excellent from the moment my family and I arrived, and she suggested places and companies for extreme sports. The cabins are roomy and clean, with a pool and BBQ area as well. It’s a lovely place for family outings or get-togethers. I’m delighted with our stay and would come back whenever I visit San Gil. 🥰

I’ve stayed in these comfortable cabins several times and keep enjoying them. There’s a bonfire, and you can use the pool at night; it’s suitable for children too. The service is excellent, and it’s a beautiful spot where you can hear nature around you.

For a large group, the price can work out well since you rent the whole house rather than paying per person. It also feels cooler than sleeping in San Gil because it’s a little higher up. After some back and forth, they did agree, somewhat reluctantly, to clean the dirty room and repair the shower that wasn’t working. With all the issues, I’d say it’s okay for a one-night stay. The main problem was Ms. Mireya’s chaotic management. Her service left a lot to be desired. We had several complaints: one room and the pool weren’t clean, towels only arrived after we asked, and there was a cockroach in one bathroom. The property is right beside the road, with constant truck and car noise, and the curtains don’t darken the rooms enough for a good night’s sleep. The water wasn’t potable, and it smelled bad from the tap, so we used bottled water for oral hygiene. Decide for yourself whether those trade-offs are acceptable.

We came as a family with kids hoping to enjoy ourselves, but that didn’t happen. We rented the place for two nights and had electricity problems. They never fixed the light for the night, just brought four candles to get us through. The tiles were very dirty, and the pool and facilities in general were quite run down. The manager appeared to collect the extra charge when we arrived, then switched off her phone and never came back. Terrible, horrible experience. I don’t recommend it.
