I loved how peaceful it was. The room is spacious and welcoming, and the hotel is just two blocks from the main square. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the big bed has a good mattress. It’s a new hotel, so a few things are missing from the room, but otherwise it’s perfect.

We booked through Booking.com, but the hotel asked us to pay through a different app, which is illegal according to Booking.com's terms and conditions. The address they gave us was different from the actual one, and we only found the right place after calling. I explained that asking for money this way and giving a different address wasn’t right. Luckily I speak Spanish, because my partner doesn’t. We expected a discount, but instead the owner called the police and lied, saying she had offered us a free night. We’ve traveled all over Colombia and have never been treated so badly or dishonestly by that woman.

Bringing my pet was a terrible experience. I paid extra for each one, but then they tried to charge me more because there was pet hair in the room. Completely unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR VERY PROBLEMATIC PETS.
