The location made it easy to get around, right on the main street near bakeries and clothing shops. There’s also a large, attractive shopping center two blocks away, with restaurants and activities. Breakfast isn’t served anymore, but plenty of nearby places have good food. One bakery less than half a block away sells delicious breakfasts. I rented the large room with a king bed, and it was roomy and comfortable. My room, Mulato, had air conditioning and a private bathroom. The air conditioner worked well and was quieter than some I’ve used. The hotel itself is clean, nicely decorated, pleasant, and feels safe. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. They’re thoughtful about saving energy and water without making the stay less comfortable. I loved the place and recommend it for the space, service, calm, and good price.

The owner was attentive and helpful, and could arrange tickets for El Gallineral Park along with the tourist information we needed. The hotel is close to the park. I’d recommend it.

My family and I had a great time on the Apitour, and learned a lot. It’s an innovative, unusual experience. The hotel also has spacious, comfortable rooms, a great location, and very friendly staff. I appreciate their commitment to the environment and highly recommend the stay.
