We were left dealing with one issue after another at #25 LEREVE, and I wouldn't recommend the property. The worst part was the pool: it's much too small, nothing like the Airbnb photos, and the water was green and felt slimy. The edges were slimy too. I told the person in charge, who said water problems explained the appearance and denied it was a maintenance issue. They vacuumed it again while we watched, but that didn't help. It needs a thorough clean. Of the five bedrooms, one had very poor air conditioning and another had none, making those rooms nearly unbearably hot. Water also sometimes ran out. A loose glass bathroom door seemed dangerous, and a few other things were in poor condition. There was also confusion and poor service around the guest fees. Airbnb listed a limit of 15 people, with additional guests costing $100,000 COP, and babies under two weren't included as extras. I told the woman we'd have 15 people and someone cooking for us, and asked if that person could be exempt or pay less than $100 COP. She replied that she'd already done us many favors. The discount and access three hours before check-in had been accepted by the Airbnb representative, but we hadn't expected them to be treated as favors. These are business arrangements, and her answer could have been clear and respectful. We clarified that there would be 16 adults, that we'd pay for one extra, and that a one-year-old baby was coming too. Airbnb said the baby didn't count or cost extra, but she insisted we had to pay $100,000 for the baby because of all those “favors.” We disagreed, but transferred $200,000 for two extras. The owner later returned that money as compensation for the pool, but the whole process was still frustrating. Checkout was another hassle. A cleaning fee was charged, which is normal, but the cleaner also told us to remove all the trash, even from the bathroom bins, and take it to a garbage room far from the house. We were exhausted, rushing to leave on time, and already packed into cars with loads of luggage. After paying and arriving with the whole family, you have little choice but to accept what you find and try to enjoy it. Still, the pool, the other problems, and the poor customer service made this a bad stay.

It's a lovely place to unwind, but the pool is tiny for a property meant for 30 people. It only fits about 10.

As the name suggests, it feels like a dream, calm and really pleasant, with a gorgeous view and lovely rooms. Come see it for yourself.
