The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and both the food and drinks were good. Still, we left a day early because the noise made it impossible to have the quiet family break we wanted. I came with my wife and our three-year-old, planning to stay Friday through Sunday. On Friday, music by the pool went on until midnight, then drunk guests shouted and slammed doors until 1:30 a.m. The next day there was an event with busloads of people, and a man played electronic music at full volume and yelled for two hours during the day. We hoped the hotel would manage the noise better, though maybe it doesn't bother most guests. This seems better suited to adults who want to party than to families with young kids. My wife had a massage, and we paid extra for the jacuzzi, but the water was cold so we couldn't use it. Check-in and checkout were both quite slow. The hotel didn't offer a refund or discount when we left early. We hadn't expected one, but it would've been nice. I nearly gave it two stars, but it is a nice, clean hotel. It's just loud at all hours.
