We waited more than an hour for seven piña coladas at the pool bar. The bartender said he was too busy and had to go down to the restaurant, so he couldn't make them. We switched our order to micheladas, but those weren't good either. The service at the pool bar was terrible.

They call this inn pet-friendly, but you have to pay $30,000 COP per night for a pet and keep it on a leash all the time. The people in charge are incredibly annoying about it. One of the managers was extremely rude and condescending to guests, showing no basic decency toward people paying for a service. The meals are limited to a single option and the quality is poor. You're paying for three pools, but only one is open. They also claim to have a jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna, but none of them work. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. There's still time to look at other options and spend your money somewhere worthwhile.

The restaurant food was delicious, and during my visit a DJ was playing live by one of the pools. There are lovely views and plenty of activities, too. Along with the inn and pools, there are several amenities, including a playground and a trail through green areas. A great place to relax and enjoy yourself.
