The rooftop terrace was lovely, with hammocks, a microwave, kettle, and washing machine. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable and there's air conditioning and a fan. The location is good and not too noisy, under five minutes from the river promenade. The walk from the bus station takes about 10 minutes. I got a warm welcome and all the help I needed at the Santa Barbara. They set up a wonderful boat tour, gave me great tips for exploring nearby, and everyone was friendly and attentive. I could even leave my luggage there after I finished my drinks. I'd definitely come back.
