At 6am I woke up to what felt like a construction zone. Management was nowhere to be found, and when I finally located someone, they were unhelpful and didn't apologize. They clearly knew about the situation, and I believe workers were moving between the work site and the hotel, so it seemed obvious they were aware. I suspect this will keep going and won't be fixed soon. I'd stay clear of this hotel and spend your money somewhere else.

Just a short distance from el parque principal, this is a very nice, clean place. The service was exceptional, and the host was helpful with anything we asked for.

It was quiet, with few other people around, so there was plenty of room to enjoy the nice pool. A good aparthotel overall, in a convenient location with good facilities.

What makes us want to come back most is how kind and courteous the owners and staff are. They treat us like family. A group of friends and I have stayed at Aparta Hotel La Villa several times, and we've always had a great experience. The facilities are cozy and comfortable, everything is impeccably clean, and the rooms and apartments are very well equipped. We'll be back. Highly recommend.

The pool area was a favorite, and the facilities and friendly service were all excellent. I'd stay here again.
