10/10
The staff are super friendly and always watching out for what you need, and the food is amazing, tasty, and varied. The facilities are comfortable, whether you're here with family, friends, or your partner. You can hang out by the pool with a nice drink and music. If you're visiting Santa Fe de Antioquia, this is where you should stay.

A nice, quiet place with pleasant rooms, though we didn't have warm water.

Great for getting some rest, but the food could be better.

The staff are overworked, so the service is bad. I wouldn't go back...
