The place felt like a scam. The building I arrived at wasn't even the one I expected, and when I asked reception about changing rooms and the advertised pool, I was told those photos belonged to another hotel they own. The room was old, the mattress uncomfortable, the AC didn't work, and there was no Wi-Fi or cable. The bathroom was worse. I understand the prepaid, no-refund policy, but the stay was truly unpleasant.

The AC didn't work, and the heat was unbearable. We were charged for just one room when we booked, then had to pay extra for two rooms, including one for my brother and mother. The room we stayed in had three beds, but the double we'd chosen for my partner and me wasn't a real bed, just one bed base set on top of another with no mattress.
