The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with lovely bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. The building, facilities, shared spaces and pool were all very comfortable too, and the balcony has a wonderful sea view. The agency is legitimate and sticks to its agreements. Service was warm and friendly from booking through handover. I give it 10/10.
Check-in was on time and the arrangements were clearly explained. We found it a great place to unwind, with a lovely view and a pool that works well for a family atmosphere. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you need. Pharmacies, supermarkets, a shopping center and tour companies are nearby, as is the main road for buses to downtown San Miguel de Allende, the airport and other places. Definitely recommend it.
We loved our stay and found it very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the concierge service was very good. Everything matched the photos. I'm sharing a picture from the apartment's viewpoint!
The apartment turned out even better than I expected and was exactly as described. The agency handled everything perfectly, and the professional, well-organized payment process gave me confidence. I recommend them without hesitation.
The facilities were excellent and booking went well. A little more flexibility would have helped, though. Our flight was at 10 pm, but checkout was fixed at 11 pm, which wasn't very convenient. Apart from that, everything was very good.
