For a cheap stay, you get a quiet place and a decent shower, but the hotel is pretty worn out. The mattress had crumbs and looked dirty, the sheets and towel were stained, and the wardrobe was beat up. When I asked for a late checkout, the man wanted to charge a lot. I stayed across the street at Hotel Solymar, which was much nicer and gave me late checkout for free. You get what you pay for.

The cleaning lady was the only person there who was nice, and she wished us a good day as we left. The rest of the stay was awful. We booked an AC room on hotels.com, but on arrival they gave us a fan room instead. It was terribly hot. We went back to reception in the morning to ask again for the room we had reserved, and it took over an hour before they admitted the mistake and moved us. That room had no internet, and they refused to give us a partial refund for the night without AC. Customer support on WhatsApp didn’t help either. Avoid this place.

The address is wrong, it’s three blocks west. The AC was okay and Wi-Fi ran at 15mps, though there was no Wi-Fi in the corner rooms. The bedsheets had stains, lol. The guy at reception was helpful.
