The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

We had a comfortable room and a big terrace where it was easy to chat with other guests and share stories and cultures. The hostel is also well placed, close to banks, a supermarket, restaurants, and public transport. What made the welcome especially satisfying was the warmth and personal attention. Thanks to Luis for being kind, guiding us, and helping us find beaches, rivers, parks, and restaurants around Santa Marta.

We’d never tried a hostel before because of the problems people had posted about, but this one made us feel right at home, and we’ll definitely come back. Luis was a fantastic host and did everything he could to make us comfortable. The place was very clean, the kitchen staff cooked great food, and we felt safe going out or coming back at night. They also provide unlimited bottled water during your stay. This place deserves a 10 out of 10 in every way. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

There’s an Éxito nearby for groceries, plenty of places to eat, and buses close by for getting to tourist attractions. You can also take a bus from the airport for $2,200. The area seemed very safe to me. The facilities are spacious and welcoming, and the food they make is delicious. The staff are wonderful and always pay attention to any concerns. Mr. Luis is especially kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests. I highly recommend this place.
