Hotel Catedral Plaza

The service at Hotel Catedral Plaza was the standout for me during my April stay. Everyone I met was genuinely welcoming and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff paid attention to the little things, remembered what I liked, suggested useful places nearby, and checked that I had what I needed before I asked. That kind of personal care felt rare, even at luxury hotels. The attention stayed thoughtful and consistent the whole time, and I left feeling appreciated. I'll definitely return. Highly recommend it if good service matters to you. Would highly recommend, Harry.

We were very happy with our stay, and the hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and the shopping district. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and enough space. Breakfast was included, with hot food that changed each day, plus fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and more. The service was phenomenal. Thanks for everything!

The staff were polite, but this place feels overrated to me, closer to a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one. There was no drinking water in the room, and the rooms were tiny and dark, looking onto a locked corridor.

Gladys was the highlight of our stay. She hosted breakfast each morning, always greeted us with a smile, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and varied, with fresh juice and coffee and tasty food. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water after a long day out, and housekeeping brought fresh towels daily. Catedral Plaza Hotel also has an excellent location.
