The staff were super friendly, nice, and honest, and I had a blast on my vacation. It felt very safe, which is my top priority, and the location was perfect for walking to the beach and local shops. If you’re traveling, book a room here. It’s affordable, fair, and worth every dollar.

The breakfast was a lovely surprise and better than I expected. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The owner, Hugo, works incredibly hard and puts a lot of effort into giving guests the best food and experience. He’s always asking for feedback, and it’s clear he’s doing a very good job improving the business. My stay was smooth and enjoyable, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and great service.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean and colorful, the breakfast delicious, and the hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. The streets nearby may not make the best first impression, but that’s normal downtown. You can get to the main points of interest downtown in about a 10-minute walk.

The rooftop pool is small, but it has an amazing view of the mountains, and the drinks are exceptionally good and cheap. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated, with huge, super-comfortable beds and hot water in the shower. The staff are so friendly, helpful, welcoming, and likeable. Breakfast is fresh, organic, and delicious, a perfect start before heading out on excursions nearby. The city centre is right outside the door, and there’s lemon-infused water for guests around the clock. By far the best place to stay in Santa Marta!
