The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is reliably outstanding whenever we visit the beach bar at Estelar. Carlos Andrés and Laura deserve a special mention for their kindness, care with the details, and welcoming attitude. They make every visit feel personal and are a big reason this place feels special. We highly recommend stopping by for cocktails, great food, and staff who make you feel at home.

We stayed for a week. The hotel is older, but the beds and pillows are reasonably comfortable, both 8/10, and there's a small elevator. The staff are really nice, 9/10, and breakfast is good, also 9/10. It's free for adults, though kids are charged 20,000 peso each per day. The beach is warm and nice, though the water isn't blue. There are shaded spots and security around, but some vendors can be very aggressive. At night there's beach entertainment, which I'd rate 8/10. You can get hotel taxis, and there's Wi-Fi. The hotel advertises a shuttle through Expedia, but it costs extra, it isn't free. There are several pools, free water in only two areas, and a small older gym I'd give 5/10. Rooms have AC and hot showers. I didn't try the mixed drinks. Food and drink prices are pretty fair.
