The room was a good deal and had AC, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. The one drawback was that our room had no window.

Please be careful here. We were staying at another hotel on the same street and stopped in front of this one to unload our car. We accidentally left a piece of luggage there and asked to see their camera footage, but they refused. The other hotels on the street let us check their cameras, and from that footage we saw that the luggage had been taken by people from this hotel. We filed charges and hope the Colombian police act quickly. We've already hired a lawyer. Be very careful.

The rooms were uncomfortable. The shower water was hot, but the pressure was really poor, and there was no cable TV.
