Reservas Del Mar

The building and its facilities look nice, but my experience with this particular apartment and its host was atrocious. We’d prepaid and spent hours traveling there, only to find that the host had never created the reservation with the building. The host said this had happened before because reservations don’t always get created automatically, but refused to make one for us or help in any way. Instead, we were told to contact someone else’s customer service. That left us with nowhere to stay at 12:30 in the morning. If you’re thinking of renting this apartment, I’d avoid it unless you want to risk being stranded.

There’s lots of room for kids to have fun, and it’s close to the beach. A very family oriented place.

The apartment listing said there were seven beds, but we found four beds and three sofabeds in such bad shape they weren’t suitable for sleeping. From 7am on our first day, BedViajes kept messaging us about the checkout time and date. The service and management were very poor, so do yourself a favor and avoid this agency. The apartment’s location is magnificent. It’s close to "el rodadero" but far enough away to avoid the noise, crowds, and people trying to sell massages, bracelets, collars, and other things. There are pristine beaches right out back, along with plenty of pools, jacuzzis, and other amenities. Unfortunately, many apartments are run by private agencies, and the service can be appalling.

I booked a unit in this building through airbnb and was impressed. It felt like a hotel resort, with nice ocean views, plus a pool and hot tubs on the main floor.
