A nice place to stay. If you arrive late in the afternoon, ask for Aydee. She’ll gladly help you and show you around the whole city. Her personal touch makes the service different for each customer.

The place is in rough shape and not properly cleaned. The walls are dirty, ceilings are cracked, and some tiles are broken. They also don't replace the sheets or soap for new guests, and the bathrooms have no doors.

There’s enough room and air conditioning for a comfortable trip, and the beach is about four blocks away. The pool is more for sitting back and relaxing than swimming. A hotel with what you need.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Casa Victoria.

We keep coming back, and several people in my family have stayed here too. It’s peaceful, with clean rooms and a clean pool, and we’ve always found the service friendly. You can rest and sleep well, and the price feels fair for what you get. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We’ll be back again.
