Hotel Casa Blanca La 20 made us feel welcome, and we had an excellent stay from arrival to departure. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, organized, and had what we needed. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get to places of interest. They clearly care about guests' well-being. We'd gladly come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for having us, and best of luck!

During our 10 days there, the staff were always attentive, helpful, and above all, very kind. My children and I are so grateful. The facilities are excellent and the location is great. We're sad to leave, but very happy with the service. Thank you so much. Blessings, and we hope to see you again someday.

It's a charming place as soon as you walk in, and they have free coffee. The rooms are cozy and look just like the photos. You're close to Parque de los Novios (Lovers' Park), so it's a great location.

The sheets were clean, towels were provided, and the mattress was comfortable. Helen also gave us helpful, accurate tips for visiting Tayrona National Park without a guide. Our hosts were kind and quick to respond to anything we asked. We had a spectacular stay and highly recommend it.

Everything worked perfectly, including the air conditioning, TV, and lights. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was very good. I found it reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
