It wasn’t very clean, and they didn’t replace the towels or sheets with clean ones every day. If I visit Santa Marta again, I’d rather stay at an ALL INCLUSIVE since the city is dirty overall, then leave the ALL INCLUSIVE only for tours.

After backpacking for the last few months, this place felt like a dream. We booked one night, then stayed for 4. There was air conditioning, the rooms were cleaned daily, and coffee was free all day.

The property is run-down, and the rooms were dirty. We found hair in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. On arrival, we were told the reservation was confirmed but the payment made through a travel portal wasn’t. They asked us to pay again on site and said the portal would refund us. The property is still refusing to refund us. They charged us twice for the same booking. A horrible experience.

Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel special and took care of what we needed. That’s easily the best thing about this hotel. I’d definitely come back.
