The staff were friendly, and the air conditioning was good. Apart from that, there wasn't much to the room or hotel. It was very noisy in the early morning, there was no hot shower, and there was no equipment at all. At this price, we wouldn't come back.

The service is excellent, and everything is clean. It may feel a bit damp, but for what they provide, it's very good.

The bathroom was the one good part, it was clean. Otherwise, the service was terrible and there was no empathy; they treated us as if we were staying for free. It's also far from the beach. They do let you park, but then expect you to get up at 7 a.m. to move your car onto the street because of “hotel policy,” even though the parking lot is empty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a vacation.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and it’s a quiet place to unwind, close to the main road. There are lots of restaurants nearby since it’s half a block from Carrera 4, with the Arrecife shopping center and Rodadero beach right there too. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The price is very good, and Gaira beach is very close. It’s a clean, basic place with 24-hour reception and reasonably priced amenities. The rooms are plain, with no decoration, and the TVs are small and old, though cable and Wi-Fi are available.
