The service was poor, and the rooms felt really small and smelled bad. The shower water wasn’t good either. The pictures on Booking don’t match what it looks like.

The bathrooms only had a curtain instead of a shower enclosure, so water spread across the whole floor. There were no windows in the rooms, which made air circulation difficult and encouraged mold. The hotel had just been painted, and every room smelled of paint. Horrible.

The one decent thing is the 24-hour reception. The place was damp and filthy, including the sheets, floor, and edges of the bed. There were cockroaches 🪳, and the doors were broken at floor level. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

I felt right at home, thanks especially to Sergio on the night shift. The service was excellent, and everything else was excellent too.

I really liked this hotel. It’s in an excellent location, and the customer service was excellent too.
