We had booked a double room through Expedia, but at 7pm, when we arrived to check in, the man said we must have used some dodgy online company and that he didn’t have our room. When we showed him the reservation, he said it wasn’t his problem and offered us a bed in a 16 bed dorm instead. He kept pressing us to answer, seemed uninterested in helping, and admitted this happens often while blaming the booking sites. It looked like he hadn’t done anything to address it. We ended up paying 5x as much for an expensive hotel at the last minute. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
