I stayed here for 3 nights, and it's really close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the service is friendly, as it usually is on the coast. But the bar downstairs plays extremely loud music whatever the day or time, so getting good sleep is impossible. If you're looking to relax and rest, this isn't the right place.

The quiet location is close to everything, and breakfast is full, with quick and friendly service. Hotel Marcopolo made a very good impression on me: clean, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. 100% recommended if you're after comfort without complications.

The rooms themselves are fine, but the way management handles things was a mess for our large group last week. We booked a triple with separate beds and got a double with the beds pushed together. When we complained, they got angry, and we had to keep pushing before anyone would help. It felt disorganized and like a rip-off. There’s no shower in the lobby, so they send you to change at the beach. Breakfast is at the hotel; lunch and dinner are at the restaurant across the street. The food there was very good, but the allowance only covers 19,000 pesos, so you pay extra for another dish. Fish will cost more too.

The rooms are comfortable, and the beach is nearby. The customer service was friendly, and it’s a good spot for a relaxing vacation. I’d recommend it.
