Getting any sleep here was nearly impossible. The street noise and music were unbearable, and the cleaners started shouting at 6am. If the music only stops at 4am, that leaves about two hours of sleep. Good luck, because earplugs won't block out the reggaeton.

Stay away. I booked two separate stays here, and the first was already rough: the room was filthy, the AC didn't work, and the bathroom was awful. The second booking was worse. They kept messaging me on WhatsApp in Spanish and sometimes English, but none of the messages asked a question or said I had to reply. Then, 30 minutes before I arrived, they told me they'd canceled my reservation because I hadn't answered. They'd given my room to someone else. This was the worst hotel experience I've had in Colombia.

Good value for the price, and the location is great. The room had no proper window and was a little noisy, and the shower only ran cold. Still, I thought it was worth the money.

The rooftop was lovely for relaxing and sunbathing, but that's the main thing I liked. It was very cheap, which may explain the quality. The staff weren't especially friendly, there was no water refill, and bottled water was sold out when I tried to buy some in the evening. The AC dripped in my room, breakfast ended at 9:30am, and there was no hot water in the shower. I wouldn't recommend it apart from the rooftop.
