The pool was lovely, though it shuts at 9 pm, and I wish we could have stayed in longer. We had a great time otherwise. The staff were friendly and the front desk was great, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is quick and convenient before a tour or trip to the beach, but it’s very basic and nothing special. If you have time, find somewhere nicer to eat.

The hotel looked just like it did online, and the staff were very hospitable. We liked the breakfast option, the pool was lovely, and the room suited us just right. It had everything I was looking for. It’s also convenient for getting to El Rodadero beach, with transport easy to access.

We spent four days and three nights here, and they didn’t change our towels or clean the room properly. Breakfast was very dull, and the staff need more customer service training. The hotel is on a busy city street, so the promise of tranquility isn’t true. The price feels far too high for what you get. And please don’t send the same standard reply saying you’ll improve my next experience. That isn’t going to happen.

The pool is very clean, and the hotel itself is nice and clean too. There’s a small bar. The breakfast could be upgraded, though, since the food isn’t very good. sylvain canada

The staff were very nice, which was the one bright spot. The food was bad, the Wi-Fi was down, and the cleaning service wasn’t good. There were bugs, ants, and spiders in the room, no hot water in the shower, and a broken light that nobody fixed.
