Just awful. The place was tiny and extremely dirty, with mold in the bathroom and beds that felt like rocks. There was no cleaning service, and the front desk staff were somewhat rude. 1/10, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I'd highly recommend it 🌟🌟

It's close to El Rodadero, easy to reach by public transport, and has air conditioning. I stayed during Holy Week, and for high season and the services offered, the price felt fair. But there was no ventilation, no toiletries, and no room cleaning. A pool hall downstairs also meant constant noise.

We had to spend each of our three days looking for a hotel, and that overshadowed the trip. I booked four rooms for 11 people from January 2nd to January 5th and paid in November. We spoke with the hotel the day before, but nobody warned us about a problem. When we arrived, they said one of the three rooms had been resold and offered no solution, in a very unfriendly way. I'm from another city and didn't know Santa Marta, and with nowhere else to go, we had to stay there. The air conditioners worked well, and some parts of the hotel looked clean. But the entrance was hard to access, with very steep stairs that made carrying suitcases difficult. The lobby was tiny, and there seemed to be just one receptionist. She was odious, unfriendly, and rude when explaining the room issue. Even then, one of the three rooms wasn't ready. All three bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic, and the beds weren't any better. They were made up, but under the bedding the white sheets were covered in lint and hair from who knows who. The rooms were so small that we could barely fit with our suitcases. The beds were rigid, and the pillows were hard and seemed like rags. All of us, even the young people, had back pain the next day because of the hotel's carelessness. We called the manager, but he never showed up and didn't care about our situation. I don't recommend this place. If you're reading this, please don't go.

We had Family Room 201, and everything in it worked properly. The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom had toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash, and the towels looked new, tags still on, with the hotel logo embroidered on them. There's also a small balcony with plastic chairs. At reception they gave us complimentary tinto, and there's a fridge with drinks, snacks, and toiletries for sale at reasonable hotel prices. Cleaning is only done if you ask. The three receptionists who rotated shifts were all friendly. Maria, the curly-haired one, was especially attentive and always smiling. The location suited us: an ARA supermarket and pharmacy on the corner, a shopping center three blocks away, Rodadero beaches a 20-minute walk away, and a good restaurant, Cuchara de Palo, one block away. I had read complaints about noise, but it didn't seem that bad to me. You can't hear the pool hall downstairs. The sound comes from a little liquor shop on the corner playing a "pico" until around midnight. There's also a traffic light that keeps flashing to warn blind people when it's red. Both things are outside the hotel's control. The price for what we got was fair, and I'd stay here again. Thanks very much.
