Two lovely ladies made us feel welcome at this warm, comfortable place. I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast is included, delicious, and different every morning. I’ll definitely be back!

They reply super fast on WhatsApp when you’re asking about a room, but leave you on read when you complain and never get back to you. The room also looked nothing like the finish shown on their WhatsApp channel. Its walls and the room itself are shabby. I wouldn’t call the location ideal for families, especially with children. There are homeless people around, and the atmosphere can feel more uncomfortable at night. In Rodadero, you can find a better room in a better location for the same price.

It’s an inexpensive hotel, so bear that in mind. You can use the kitchen, the rooms have air conditioning, and buses stop right outside the entrance. Santa Marta Bay is one block away. The hostess was kind and sincere, and kept trying to help when I had a reservation problem. Checking out was the snag: our bags were packed and we were already outside the room, but no one came to meet us or open the door. We waited almost 20 minutes.
