Everything was in good shape and clean, with what we needed for a family vacation. The manager was also very helpful whenever we asked for something.

The atmosphere and location are lovely, and the prices are fair. We also really enjoyed the pizza and got very good service.

There are leaks in the second-floor apartments, and the wall finishes are still incomplete. The building's infrastructure feels neglected.

The apartments come furnished and equipped, and have air conditioning. The location is excellent.
