Luis, the owner, was really nice and helpful, and the hostel is very cute. It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood about a 15-minute walk from the city center, with little shops and places to eat nearby. There are also two very, very cute dogs. Definitely an authentic experience!

The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioning is nice, and the location is handy for supermarkets. Good value for money.

I can't understand the positive reviews. This place was awful, and I would rate it zero or even below if I could. The shared areas reeked of dog, the bathroom smelled terrible, and our room was falling apart. There weren't even curtains, and everything looked old. I just wanted to get out of there. Don't believe the reviews calling it wonderful.

Luis was so warm and attentive, and Luna and Ramón, the house pets, were friendly too. The facilities have everything you need. It's a laid-back place in a great spot to experience the lively coastal culture. We'll know where to stay when we return to Santa Marta. Wishing Luis and his projects all the best 🤍
