The host gave excellent support. The small apartment has modern furnishings and a balcony, with a supermarket nearby and the city’s historic center within walking distance. The top terrace has a pool and a wonderful view.

The views are lovely, and having a pool on the rooftop makes this a beautiful place. I’d recommend it.

The location works really well, but the elevators are slow. The bigger problem was luggage: I arrived before check-in and needed to leave my bags hours before my flight, but the policy, or perhaps the front desk staff, meant they wouldn’t hold them. I ended up walking around with three heavy suitcases for an hour before my flight. Everywhere else I’ve stayed, including Airbnbs and hotels in other cities, has offered to keep my bags. It made for a really poor experience, and next time I’ll book a regular hotel.

The city, sea, and sunset views are excellent. The building itself is beautiful and sits in a very convenient spot in the International Marina.

The apartment was comfortable and in good condition, but the repeated power cuts and water outages made our three-night stay a nightmare. There’s no working generator, so without electricity there was no water, shower, or toilet. That’s unacceptable, especially for permanent residents. The person who welcomed us apologized, but offered no emergency fix. I can’t recommend this hotel.
