Really great.

The hot springs package was comprehensive, and the facilities were good. The place delivered on what it promised. It would be helpful to add Wi-Fi and upgrade the reception technology so room service could be faster. I was pleased with the decorations I paid for, but disappointed that I couldn't take even one balloon with me after paying for the materials. Aside from that, everything was good.

It's centrally located, easy to get to, and very welcoming. The service was professional and excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

I loved the decor, the hot chocolate they served at breakfast, and the service. Excellent place.
