The location is beautiful, and the people are so humble. Service was the best. My only complaint is that they don't accept credit cards. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍👍

It's a lovely jacuzzi, and the place itself is comfortable, beautiful, clean, well cared for, and quiet. Breakfast was just average, nothing special but not the worst either. Getting to town takes about 10 minutes by Uber and costs around 7,000 COP. It's generally peaceful, though you can hear other guests in their rooms if they get too loud.

I left with a lot I could say, and I personally wouldn't recommend this place. The setting itself is very nice, but customer service needs work. Customers are the reason a business exists, so making a good impression matters.
