The staff were incredible, always polite and very kind, and helped me out in several ways during my stay. I was on the fourth floor on a Saturday night and could still hear some music, though it wasn't very loud. I had earplugs, so the noise wasn't a problem. The room itself needed attention: the chairs and bed were worn, and the shower started filling with water after about a minute because it wasn't draining properly. It wasn't a terrible place to stay, and the staff made it more likeable.

The worst experience ever. I paid for a suite and got a room full of mold, especially on the ceilings in the main room and in the bathroom. The kitchen had nothing in it, not even glasses. The sofa had a hole, there were no phones, and the towels were gray, dingy, and torn. Water wouldn't drain in the bathroom, and the sink had almost no pressure. Customer service was terrible. It was a massive nightmare, and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds were comfortable, but the noise from the two taverns right outside kept me awake until around 3 a.m. My six-year-old daughter was unwell the next day, so we chose to move to a quieter hotel. At checkout, a woman told me I had to wait while they inspected the room. I asked several times whether that was in the contract; she said no, but that they planned to add it. Since it wasn't in the contract, I refused to wait and left. I've stayed in more than 100 hotels around the world, and this was the first time one tried to hold me hostage 😂. I won't be back.

The service was great, and the food was tasty. The rooftop bar is a lovely date spot, especially for its really good Maracuya margaritas.
