The workers are so kind, the halls are clean, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Their COVID-19 politics made me feel safe, no matter what. You can also enjoy an awesome skyline toward Guacarí from the roof. Best hotel in Sincelejo, no problems or troubles.

The place is clean and well maintained, but the rooms need some basics: coat hooks, a closet or shelves, somewhere to hang coats, and hand towels. There wasn’t any hand soap by the sink, and the desk didn’t have a proper chair. Service is pretty basic, and the staff aren’t especially friendly.

I’d definitely stay here again. It’s very good for the price, with an excellent location and staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re a light sleeper, avoid the first-floor rooms because the door between them and reception is very noisy. Check the cancellation policy carefully before booking. It would also help to have a bellhop and parking attendant on duty, at least during the day. The reception staff do their best, but they’re overwhelmed.

They only provide sheets per room, not per guest.
