The bathroom was small but clean and really nice, and the shower was hot, a first for me in Colombia. The Internet was good too, once I could get online. The first night I couldn’t, because the password was nowhere to be found and the receptionist didn’t know it, which was a big downside. My room and bed were mine alone, for just a little more than a hostel would cost. The room was tiny, barely enough space for a small table and chair. The bed was larger than a single, taking up more room and blocking the electrical outlet. There was a TV, but the picture quality was bad. The hallway light stayed on all night, which was annoying.

It’s a peaceful place, and the owner is very warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and they provide towels and good blankets. The beds are comfortable, though they could be better. There’s hot coffee early in the morning, too.
