The building and spaces are fine, but the service needs a lot of work. My room wasn't cleaned during my stay, and I had to ask for a towel change myself. The shower drain had a problem, and at times it seemed like bathroom water might spill back into the room.

The reception desk was empty for 30 to 40 minutes whenever I needed someone. I booked a double room, but it wasn't ready when I arrived, so I waited from 10 am until 1 pm. The included breakfast never came, and the room I booked with a spa area didn't include one either. Terrible service.

They asked me for a deposit, but after I cancelled well in advance, none of the large amount was refunded. The staff don't answer calls and are completely inattentive. I find the hotel staff very dishonest and absolutely don't recommend the place.

Bad experience. The staff were very friendly from booking through arrival, but management didn't honor the reservations. At first, they offered a room in terrible condition.
