Parking costs extra. My reservation conditions were changed after I’d already booked. When I arrived, they said the hotel was full, switched my room, and charged me more. The room wasn’t what I expected, and I wasn’t sure the blankets were clean. At checkout, the front desk person wasn’t there, so I was stuck inside for a while.

The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are roomy and quite comfortable, and there’s Netflix and a coffee station. It’s a nice hotel in a good spot, close to Plaza de Bolívar and the tourist attractions. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.
