The apartment was spacious and cozy, with a full-size fridge, modern furnishings, and everything shown in the photos. The one thing missing was a microwave. Luisa, Carlos and Alejandro at reception always checked in to see how things were and whether we needed anything. Clara and Dana did a very good job with the cleaning. We stayed from April 13-20, 2026, and everything about our stay was great. The location is central, with groceries, restaurants, and a park within walking distance. We wouldn't recommend Sere restaurant in the lobby, though. They rent the space and aren't part of the facilities, and their prices are too expensive. There are more affordable local places nearby. Getting around was easy from this hotel's spot near the main attractions, restaurants, transport, and shopping areas. I didn't waste much time traveling. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with little details that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The thing that stayed with me most was how much the people seemed to care about my well-being. They were ready to help and made each moment feel special. I felt comfortable and looked after throughout my stay, and I'd happily come back again and again.

Walking around Manila to find its best restaurants and cafes was easy from this hotel's ideal spot in El Poblado. The facilities are modern and spotless, and the staff were kind and attentive, which made my trip even better. I loved my stay here, and would recommend it if you're after comfort and a good location.

The welcome kit coffee is delicious, and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderful, too. It's a fantastic, convenient spot in El Poblado, Medellín, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it 🖤

A week ago, my girlfriend and I stayed at Gres Living, and I'd happily go back. The loft room was in incredible condition and impeccably clean. Its mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a crocodile. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent guest service made it a pleasant stay, and the location worked well for exploring Medellín's most popular areas.
