The staff at Hotel Helene made me feel at home and went above and beyond. Breakfast each morning was amazing, with fresh fruit, an omelette, and a latte. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Medellin. You’ll be very happy here.

I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. It’s right by the nightlife and all the little tourist restaurants, and the staff were extremely helpful, sweet, and kind. You can hear music from nearby restaurants and clubs at night, so I’d bring earplugs. Also, don’t forget an umbrella for this rainy city. A good choice.

I was only here one night, but Hotel Helene left a strong impression. The little touches and attention to detail made the stay feel unique. My room was quiet and dark at night, with great AC, and checkout was easy. It’s a super cute place in a great location, with friendly, attentive staff. I can’t say enough good things.

Helene was a very pleasant stay. It’s in a safe, clean area, close to everything without being too noisy. The staff were 100/10!

Everything was very good and very clean. Not all the reception staff speak two languages, only the person on the night shift does. I would stay here again.
