The chalet itself was comfortable and really nice, and the heater suited the cold weather. We appreciated having an electric car charger across the road, but it wasn't working. At the restaurant, the service was mediocre: my scrambled eggs came with tomato and onion, and nobody asked what I wanted to drink, they just brought whatever. I think traveling by road would be a better choice.

We were caught off guard by how good the stay was, especially since it was at a gas station. We showed up without booking, traveling with two kids, and they welcomed us warmly and gave us a family room. The place was clean, everything was excellent, and there was a family space and a play area for children, along with a restaurant. The price was reasonable too. We'd definitely come back.

The staff's good attitude really stands out, and there's a cafeteria on site. The rooms are good and deliver what they promise, making this a great hotel for a rest during a long trip.

The glamping cost too much for what was offered, and paying a little more for actual comfort seems like the better choice. This was my first visit to Paipa, and I don't think I chose well. I contacted Booking.com but didn't even receive an apology. It feels like whoever runs the place is just making it up as they go.
