The apartment we rented through airbnb was separate from the hotel and had a great view of events in the plaza. It's a great spot for events in Tunja, but the place is old and could use more loving care.

Lovely staff and a nice room. Just right for a short stay!

The location is good, but customer service needs work. They should stop making excuses when guests bring something up. 😬

The receptionist's service was terrible. The rooms are very small and not very comfortable.

There's no parking, and the entrance isn't very attractive. There's no restaurant service or even a café either. Still, it's fine if you just need somewhere to spend the night.
