I liked the location and the pool area, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service and lack of value. The place feels overhyped for what you get. As an American traveler, I had trouble checking in with my passport, and for the price I expected much better service. The shower pressure was so weak I had to stay in there a long time just to feel clean. Next time I’ll try Rancho Regis, which is right on the main road and easier to reach, instead of being tucked down a pebble path.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s well placed for reaching the city’s main tourist attractions. The pool is the downside for me. Its water is too cold, since it isn’t heated, so swimming there isn’t very enjoyable.

July 2025 The staff were super friendly, but the rooms were incredibly dark and had no fresh air. The hotel has such a beautiful view, yet our room only had a small window facing a wall. We’re a family with three kids, and the first room had broken AC, a leaking bathroom, and beds without linens. When we told them, they moved us to another room and gave us blankets. That room was nice, but still dark. The bathroom with the bathtub was old, broken, and dirty.

The room I got was spectacular, 20/10! It was tidy, clean, and super spacious, with room for about 7 people and even a small fridge.
