The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Staff were friendly at reception, in the rooms, and in the dining room, always greeting you with a genuine smile. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms had toiletries, a hairdryer, and hot water. My only complaint is the TV: no free TV, just local channels and YouTube. Highly recommended.

I arrived late at night with a reservation, only to be told that the room had been offered for sale. The service was terrible, and the staff were rude, unprofessional, and classist.

A good location, with clean bathrooms and very comfortable rooms. The hotel itself is lovely.
