Hospedaje Casa Borbon Salento

The location is amazing, and one of the staff members was about as friendly as you could hope for. We had a spacious, clean double room, but its only window faced an indoor courtyard. Being right by reception also meant a little noise at night when staff were talking. Still, a good hostel to consider if you’re on a budget.

They treated us really well, even though we were there for just one night. Staff at the front were nice, the rooms were clean, and they gave us useful local tips instead of tourist traps. Coffee was always available, the WiFi was fast enough for online work, and there was plenty of hot water pressure, despite their warning that there might not be. Maybe fancier tourists have super high standards.

The rooms were really comfortable, and we enjoyed staying here. It’s modern, extremely clean, nicely decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. The location is good and getting in was easy. The price for the quality is the best I’ve come across, better than a few 5 star hotels we’ve stayed in. I can guarantee this is the best hotel in Salento, even though I haven’t seen the others. Congrats on this lovely place and amazing accommodation!

The location in the heart of Salento was a highlight, with beautiful mountain and greenery views. We woke to birdsong and fresh countryside air. Our family also enjoyed the comfortable rooms, the hotel’s cozy, well-maintained feel, and a breakfast each morning of fresh local produce and traditional Colombian dishes. From arrival, Casa Borbón greeted us warmly and the staff gave us amazing service. They paid attention to details and our personal needs, offering local attraction suggestions, arranging transport and accommodating our dietary preferences. Their genuine care made us feel valued throughout the stay.
