Valledupar!

The staff looked after us wonderfully and were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The condition of the facilities was a different story: we came across cockroaches, cobwebs, and other unsanitary conditions, which made it hard to feel comfortable. Given how much we paid, we expected better cleaning and upkeep. The hotel needs to address this urgently, because the staff's great service couldn't make up for those poor conditions.

We had a really good time here. The service was excellent, the staff treated us very well, and the facilities were great. Definitely recommend it.

Thanks for the good service and attention. The walls and bathrooms in the rooms could use some maintenance.

The staff were friendly and attentive, which was the one good thing. Apart from that, I didn't enjoy the place.
