My wife and I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times. It has everything we need for a short trip, and it's comfortable and clean. The staff are kind and always willing to help. A good choice for a business trip.

One of the best hotels in valledupar, by far. Laura, the employee who greeted me, had a big smile and was really outgoing. She took care of everything I needed when I first checked in. Everyone here has a caring personality, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You should visit.

Don't let the three stars put you off. It doesn't match big-city standards for amenities and services, but the staff are extremely friendly, and the place is clean and well maintained. For business in this area, it's the best place to stay.

The employees are very friendly, and I feel welcome here. The food is great, and there's a shopping mall right next to the hotel. Valledupar is a small town without much to do, though there are mountains and forest in the surrounding area if you like nature. I wouldn't recommend booking a tour in the hotel lobby because it's very expensive. Renting a car is much cheaper and gives you more flexibility over where to go and how to spend your time. A visit to the local Arawak Indians should be on your must-see list.
