This is a sweet little boutique hotel with very helpful staff. My standard room was small, but I saw the bathtub rooms shown in the pictures, and they’re nice and roomy. Be sure to specify that room type when booking. Breakfast was wonderful and changed daily, and you can eat in the pretty little garden out back. The price was very reasonable. It’s two blocks from the main square and about four blocks from the main street with all the shops, so I recommend it. There’s a cute restaurant across the street called Happy Monkey, though as a vegetarian, I wouldn’t go there.

We were able to keep our bikes in the garden, which was fabulous. At the weekend things get a little loud, but earplugs are provided. We travel with a speaker for white noise, so it didn’t bother us. I’m sure you’d run into the same issue at every hotel in the centre of Villa. The beds and sheets were heavenly, the decor was calming, breakfast was delicious, and the shared spaces were relaxing. The staff were a pleasure, especially Edith, who was so professional. I even got an unexpected little birthday treat. We’ve been on a bike tour for about a year, and some friends gave me a stay at this gorgeous hotel for my birthday. We booked three nights. Thanks for a brilliant stay in a gorgeous town!

The location was great, just a block from the main plaza and close to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and the staff were kind and helpful. There were several breakfast options, and the wifi signal was good. We loved our stay at Hotel Casa Boutique Villa de Leyva.

We chose the family room because we wanted to be upstairs and needed more room for our clothes. The hosts were very nice and helpful, our room was spotless, and breakfast was good. It’s in a superb location, and we had a wonderful stay.

We loved the decor, food, and cleanliness, and the location was lovely and relaxing. Edith at the front desk was especially hospitable, and the rest of the staff were great too. Hotel Casa Boutique Villa de Leyva exceeded even its already high ratings on the booking sites. It’s a pretty boutique hotel in a quaint, special town. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again.
