A couple of things to know: the room has no AC or fan, and it got a little warm one night as we were trying to fall asleep. The doors don’t seal completely and the windows have no screens, so insects can get inside. We came across a large spider and a scorpion 🦂 one evening, though it wasn’t a big problem for us. We otherwise had a fantastic stay. Ximena was a big help with transport, restaurant suggestions, and local sights. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the courtyard was beautifully landscaped, and we looked forward to breakfast every morning. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the plaza, close enough to reach easily but far enough from the activity for some peace and quiet.

Ximena is incredibly friendly and helpful, and speaks perfect English. The place is beautifully designed, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious in the peaceful garden, where there are also spots to sit and relax. The street is quiet, yet the main square is only a few minutes away on foot. The value is absurdly good. Highly, highly recommend Casa Terra.

I came with my grandma, mum, boyfriend and cousin, and the staff managed to fit in one extra person on the day, which I really appreciated. They were attentive and accommodating throughout, and let us choose from several rooms, all of which were pretty and comfortable. The breakfasts that came with the stay were tasty. A beautiful hotel, highly recommend.

Just five minutes on foot from the main square, this hotel felt like a peaceful retreat. My room was beautiful, and breakfast in the garden was delicious. The staff were attentive and the service was worthy of a 5-star hotel. I had an incredible stay and would gladly recommend it.
